The Christian Community Movement for
Religious Renewal
The Christian Community is a church initiated in the 20th century, by and for contemporary people who long for a living faith and understanding of Christianity. Its purpose is to celebrate the seven sacraments in their renewed form, that the souls and destinies of men and women shall find healing, and that Christian truths shall be understood anew.
Rudolf Steiner was the essential teacher and helper of those individuals who founded the Christian Community in 1922. Since then it has worked as an autonomous Movement for Religious Renewal in many countries throughout the world. It is entirely independent from the Anthroposophical Society.
